Personal coaching structured into 12-week blocks
Our online coaching is individualised to help you meet your running goals, and is a great option if you are seeking complete coaching support. You may want to improve your running technique, prepare for a specific event, or look to improve your speed or trail running skills.
We use the Training Peaks platform, which allows us to distribute and monitor your training. With Training Peaks, you can give immediate feedback on how you felt and what went well for each session. We use your experiences to inform the structure and intensity of future workouts, to achieve sustainable running gains and minimise the risk of injury.
Before your training begins, we will jointly establish your training goals via an in-person meeting or a 30 minute Skype call. Renewing the coaching plan after each 12-week training block is an ideal time to reflect on what we've achieved, and to re-assess your training goals and priorities.
